SHIPPING

Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days from when they are ordered via USPS Mail based on weight.

 

For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of USPS, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages you can always email us. We can offer you details on tracking your package but ultimately, any delivery issues must be taken up, and resolved with USPS.

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders.

 

* Important: If your order will be delivered outside the U.S., it may incur duty/taxes/fees from customs. Payment is the responsibility of the recipient—it is not included in the shipping charge. Package delivery may be delayed due to customs processing.
